SHine SA (Sexual Health Information Networking and Education South Australia)
Shine SA has a Sexual Health Counselling Service with a particular focus for 12-35 y.o’s but parents and carers can also access the service for information and support. Parents can borrow resources from their well-stocked library which has books which would be relevant to parents of gender-questioning/ gender diverse (or as one title puts it ‘gender creative’) young people, including now children of primary school age.
They also offer phone counselling for those in rural and remote areas and further details are on their website at http://www.shinesa.org.au/
